Refund policy

In purchasing the store sample of the bridal gown, you understand that this garment has been tried on in our stores. Professional cleaning and tailoring may be required. By purchasing a gown over the internet, you recognize that you are purchasing the gown sight-unseen and all sales are final. Sample gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase. 

For all items  made to order, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

Reduced price gowns marked as a final sale cannot be returned. Before placing your order please be sure the color, style, and size are correct before submitting your order.

Exchanging your order? You will not be responsible for restocking fees but will be required to pay shipping fees for your next purchase.

Returns are required to have a 15% restocking fee along with shipping fees deducted prior to issuance of store credit for future use within 1 year from the date original purchase was received.

Store Credit will be issued by deducting the fees outlined above.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date you have received your original purchase. All returns and exchanges must be received in the original packaging, including the packing slip that was provided and with all tags attached and are required to be in the same condition as it was shipped.  No perfumes, makeup, deodorant, wear, or damage will be accepted.

The submission of your order fully acknowledges your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

You may cancel your online order or request style, color, or size changes within 48 hours of placement for a full refund of all costs and fees. After 48 hours, your online special order cannot be changed and a forfeit of your payment will be adhered to if a cancellation is received after 48 hours.
