Shipping policy

 Shipping and General Delivery Information

For all online purchases, items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with signature required. In order for us to ship your purchase to you, the address associated with your credit card must match the shipping address.

When an order is placed with Fantasy Bridal Boutique we will send a confirmation email to you confirming your order. Another email will be sent a few days later with the estimated ship date of the dress. Ship times for orders vary depending on product type and production time. All items are made to order, so please see the production times in the description of the item.

Most designers will take 12 - 16 weeks to ship the dress to us and it will take another 5 business days for us to ship the dress to you. During peak season, certain designers may require additional time.

Sample gowns will be shipped within 5 days of payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our store. Overnight and next day shipping is available for an additional charge.

We charge a $100 shipping fee for all US shipments of the wedding gowns, $39.95 for evening dresses, $24.95 for veils or accessories for regular ground shipping. Next day and 2nd day shipping available for an additional charge will be calculated during checkout process.

Signature Required

Any orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package the shipping provider will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. The shipping provider will not be able to leave the package.

We do not ship to post office boxes.
